Orders Shipped to USA Residents Only

  • Most orders for in stock items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the order excluding holidays.  Our normal business days are Monday through Friday.

  • If your order is $39.95 or over we will ship your order with Priority Mail. This is typically a 2-3 day shipping service to most US locations and delivery includes Saturdays. Please note the United States Post Office Priority Mail Shipping is not a guaranteed service. Ring Engineering will not refund any shipping charges if your order takes longer than 2 days for shipping. If your order is under $39.95 it will be shipped Ground Advantage Mail which usually takes 2-5 business days and includes Saturday delivery. If your order is less than $19.95, there will be a $6.00 shipping and handling fee.

  • Indiana residents will be charged 7.0% for sales tax.

Customer Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

  • We will refund your purchase total Less a 3% Transaction Fee.

  • Please submit any order cancellation via email to Info@RingEngineering.com. Cancellations must contain the following: First Name, Last Name, Internet Order ID number, and Email Address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. If your order has been shipped, then your order will no longer be able to be canceled. If your order has been shipped less than 30 days ago, you would still be able to return the product under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

  • Our products come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied with the product you may return it within 30 days of the original ship date for a refund. You must acquire a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending the product back. The product must be returned in a like new condition. Send e-mail to Info@RingEngineering.com to get your RMA number. The original shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.*   You will also be charged 3% of your order total as a transaction fee (i.e. 3% of order total will not be refunded to you).  You will be responsible for shipping charges back to Ring Engineering Inc. To be eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee, your returned product must be post marked no more than 30 days from the day Ring Engineering Inc. originally shipped you the product.
    *If the original shipping fee for your order was no charge, then Ring Engineering will return your purchase price less our actual cost to ship the product to you.

  • Authorized returned funds shall only be credited to the original credit card account used to place the order.

  • Refund may take up to 30 days to appear in your credit card account based on your credit card company's crediting policy.

  • There is no refund or guarantee on software products.
     

Limited Warranty

  • Our products come with a One Year Limited Warranty. We suggest you contact Support@RingEngineering.com first to determine whether the item is indeed defective before returning. Then make an online return merchandise authorization (RMA) request to Info@RingEngineering.com.
    The complete Warranty is as follows:

        Ring Engineering, Inc. (Ring Engineering) warrants that for a period of One Year from the date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Ring Engineering, at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty.

        This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Ring Engineering dealers, distributors, or retail stores selling Ring Engineering products do not have the right to alter, modify, or any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.

        The warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from negligent misuse of the product. Further, the warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornadoes.

        Ring Engineering shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty or condition. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty. Ring Engineering disclaims all other warranties or conditions, express or implied statutory or otherwise. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.  

    Our     warranty is void if the instructions are not followed or our products are modified in anyway not specified in the instructions.

    How to Obtain Warranty Service
    Submit a request online an for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at Support@RingEngineering.com.  Send the product with a copy of the original sales receipt included by US Post Office, FedEx, UPS, or DHL with insurance prepaid to:

        Make certain that your Ring Engineering product is properly packed to avoid damage in transit. Please allow two to six weeks for service. Please also make sure to include the RMA number and contact information (Your name, address, phone number and e-mail address if you have one).  

        If your     Ring Engineering product is not covered by warranty, or has been damaged, an estimate of repair costs or replacement costs will be provided to you for approval prior to servicing or replacement.

        Ring Engineering's warranty is void if a product is modified in any way or if the product is not used as intended or used as described in the product user manual or instruction sheet.

        If your product is covered by our warranty, Ring Engineering will pay for return shipping to US destinations. If your product is not covered under our warranty, you will be responsible for return shipping and handling cost.

    Software products do not come with a Warranty.

Privacy Policy

  • Any information you, the customer, enter on the Ring Engineering Inc. Internet Site will only be used to process your order and will not be shared with any third party unless required to process your order. Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses acquired on-line will only be used for processing of online orders. If you allow us, we may send you new product advertisements via the e-mail address you have supplied.
  • We use Shopify as a payment processor.  Any information you enter at checkout is subject to Shopify's privacy policy.  Please review Shopify's privacy policy at  https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.

Pricing / Availability / Errors

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. If a product will not be available to ship for any reason Ring Engineering reserves the right to cancel your order and refund your money.
  • If there is an error in pricing, Ring Engineering reserves the right to cancel your order and refund your money.
